About The Space

 

Tucked away in the village, 14-Bis is a spacious, stand-alone studio with a stylish, contemporary feel and a large private garden. Through a striking entrance, you enter a warm, open-plan living space with a comfy sofa, armchairs, a TV, and a sound system. This flows into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for cooking together or enjoying a relaxed meal.

The sleeping area features a high-quality Murphy wall bed (EU king size, 160x200 cm) that can be tucked away to create extra space during the day. There's also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. Outside, a covered veranda with a gas BBQ overlooks the lawn, perfect for summer evenings or a lazy breakfast.

Converted in 2022, 14-Bis was once a simple apartment—now reimagined as a bright and welcoming studio with a touch of loft style. The space is full of character, with inspiring art on the walls and inviting corners to relax in. It’s a hidden gem, designed as a calming retreat to enjoy Zeeland’s coast and countryside, with the feel of your own private hideaway.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the studio, which is set up for two people. The space includes an open-plan living and sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sunny private garden with a covered terrace. 14-Bis is part of our Tiny Estate, and while the path leading to the house is shared, each home has its own private outdoor area. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break.
